What is covered
Pumps, level sensors, alarms and other parts that 123 Septic Services supplies and installs carry a 3-year limited warranty from the install date on your invoice. This matches the warranty the manufacturers give on these parts. If a covered part fails because of a defect in materials or workmanship, it is repaired or replaced at no charge. The part may be replaced with a new or remanufactured part of equal quality. If a part we install carries a different manufacturer term, it is written on your invoice.
What is not covered
Parts supplied by someone else; damage from flooding, freezing, lightning, power surges or wiring by others; a cut, spliced or damaged power cord; sand, gravel, grease, chemicals, wipes or other material that should not be pumped; parts that have been taken apart, altered or repaired by someone else; and failures caused by improper use or a system that has not been maintained or pumped as recommended. Indirect costs, such as property damage or temporary pumping, are not covered.
Labour and service calls
This is a parts warranty. Labour, the service call and the removal and reinstallation of the part are charged at our normal rates, unless your quote or invoice says otherwise.
How to make a claim
Call or text (604) 200-0278 with your name, address and the date of the original work. Keep your invoice, since it shows the install date. We check the part and handle the claim with the manufacturer for you. If the part is covered, it is repaired or replaced at no charge.
Your rights
