Who we are
123 Septic Services provides septic repair, inspection, maintenance and pumping across the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland, British Columbia. We follow British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). Questions about privacy go to [email protected] or (604) 200-0278.
What we collect
When you request a quote or call back we collect your name, phone number, property area, the service you need, anything you write in the message box and, if you choose, your email address. If you text us photos, we receive those photos and your phone number. When we work at your property we keep the address, what we found, the work done and any photos we take for your report.
Why we collect it
We use it to reply to you, give you a price, book and carry out the work, write your report, invoice you, honour our warranty and meet our legal and tax record-keeping duties. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists. We only send you promotional messages if you ask us to.
How the website handles it
Quote forms are delivered to our business email through Web3Forms, a form delivery service. Our email is hosted by Google. These providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country. This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking analytics.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to answer and follow up, and job records for as long as needed for warranty, legal and tax purposes, generally at least six years. When we no longer need it, we delete or destroy it securely.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to future contact by emailing [email protected] or calling (604) 200-0278. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

We may update this policy. The date below shows when it last changed.
