Is Lions Bay on septic?
Yes. Lions Bay has no municipal sewer, so homes use private septic systems, and many need a pump to reach the field. Regular pumping and a yearly check of the pump and alarm keep them working.
How do I know if my Surrey, Delta or Richmond property is on septic?
Your city can confirm whether the lot is connected to sewer. If you see a tank lid or an alarm panel on the property, you have a septic system.
